1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and SpinDevTech (, "Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, launching, or using the SpinGames Android application (Package: com.spinwinrewards.app) or our website, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept or agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the Application.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SpinGames. If you are under 18 years old, you may only access the Application with the express supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Nature of the Application (Casual Game Simulation)

SpinGames is an interactive simulated arcade game offering virtual mini-game experiences such as lucky wheels, rocket simulations, and peg cascades.

• The Application is NOT a real-money gambling platform, lottery, casino, betting service, or financial investment tool.
• The Application is NOT a work-from-home job, freelance assignment, or employment platform. Playing mini-games or spinning wheels does not create an employer-employee or contractor relationship.
• No real money stakes, deposits, or wagers can ever be placed inside the Application.

4. In-Game Virtual Currency & Points Policy

All coins, chips, multiplier badges, streak scores, and points shown within the Application represent purely non-fungible virtual items ("Virtual Items"):

1. Zero Monetary Value: Virtual items hold zero intrinsic cash value ($0.00 / ₹0.00) and cannot be traded, bartered, or exchanged for fiat currency outside the app.
2. No Property Rights: You do not own the virtual coins or items; you are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to view and interact with them within the Application.
3. Developer Modification Rights: The Developer reserves the unilateral right to adjust, reset, audit, rebalance, or remove virtual score balances at any time for maintenance, balance calibration, or fraud prevention without notice or liability.

5. Completely Free-to-Play • No Investment Required

SpinGames is 100% free to download and use on Google Play. We NEVER demand registration charges, security fees, activation payments, or monetary deposits.

6. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Cheating

To preserve equitable entertainment for all participants, you agree NOT to:

• Use auto-clickers, bots, macros, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to generate simulated spins or artificially inflate virtual scores.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, disassemble, or crack the application code, APK bundle, or network packets.
• Exploit technical glitches, server latency discrepancies, or bugs to obtain virtual advantages.
• Utilize VPNs, proxy services, device spoofers, or virtual machines to manipulate advertisements or bypass territorial restrictions.
• Create multiple accounts on a single hardware device or participate in emulator device farming.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of in-app access, permanent ban of your device ID, and forfeiture of all accumulated virtual scores.

7. Third-Party Advertisements & Content

The Application displays third-party advertisements (banners, interstitials, and rewarded video ads) mediated and served through Appodeal SDK, Google AdMob, Unity, and other authorized networks. We do not control, investigate, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or nature of third-party advertisements. Interacting with third-party ads or downloading external software is at your own sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE")

THE APPLICATION AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SpinDevTech, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO RUPEES (₹0.00 / $0.00).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the "Last Updated" date will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Application following any updates signifies your irrevocable acceptance of the modified Terms.
